I am a strong 6’ ex pro athlete, biologically much younger than my age from ocean swimming 3k every morning in an hour on a 44 pulse. No poisons, sugar, dairy, alcohol, medications. Greed and wealth TV the internet are other life poisons. I am very comfortable with a bed a warm beach, long walks and my new Tenerife winter residency. The UK is shot and no longer for me. Recently singled, l hate being on my own, hence this. But l don,t want to become a carer either, so you will need to look the part and be fit enough to keep up with me.
