Hello and thanks for looking. I have been divorced for over 20 years and well over any ex. I swim four times a week and cycle regularly, i like walking in the hills of this beautiful country. I am not religious but spiritual, I am trained to Reiki 2 and try not to take any tablets but believe in natural remedies.
