About him
My name is Russell, I am 64yrs young, just relocated to the North East, [@] to be precise. Been living in North Devon for past 20 years but due to family circumstances, I have moved, lock stock and barrel to help my daughter and 3 year old grandson after her partner left her recently. I am a Handyman…. who doesn’t need a handyman lol so I am now having to start again and build another business in this beautiful part of the world. I originally hale from the North, Preston in Lancashire. I moved down to Devon in 2008 in search of love, i know, i know… fool lol. I met my ex wife on line, dating for parents was the site, long story short, after a fairy tale romance, proposal up the Eiffel Tower, Seychelles Honeyman, got our faces in the Daily Mail…… i will tell you the full story if we meet. I have been married twice.
Moving swiftly on…. I enjoy the gym, done weights since my early twenties, not a fanatic but i was serious in earlier life. I do look after myself, I would say i have a muscular, athletic build and i am 6ft 3 tall….not averse to a tanning salon…. sorry, vain I know but there you go. I am a musician, play electric and acoustic guitar and played in many bands over the years. I also produce dance music, mainly uplifting vocal Trance, not made any money out of it… YET!. I like watersports, paddleboarding and started to learn Wingfoiling, jury is out on that one, oh and fly fishing and getting out on my electric bike. Love the sun, beach hols everyday of the week, i am very confident in my own skin and have been known to strip off on the nudist beaches…. just to reiterate, i am not a naturist, just love an overall tan….not pulling any punches here, this is me lol.
To sum up….I am a loyal, easy going and trustworthy guy, i say what i mean and i mean what i say. Emotional, absolutely, i defo wear my heart on my sleeve and have suffered as a consequence. I do like straight talking people, no nonsense etc and i don’t suffer fools gladly….. life is way to short.

I like women who don’t take themselves to seriously, not materialistic and are easy going, possibly a creative, maybe play an instrument, sing etc and like to look after themselves, gym goer etc. I will get this one out there, i do love the physical side of a relationship and that is important. As you can see from everything i have said here, i am very open and honest with who i am…. nothing hidden….. it’s the only way to be.
Now, at this present time i am not looking for anything serious, that doesn’t mean the situation will stay that way going forward, who knows who will come into your life but just out of a 6 year relationship so taking it easy. I am new to the area, don’t know anyone, so some good friendships etc would be great. So if any of what i have said sparks an interest, common ground, i am a great listener so if you just want to meet up and chat, thats great.
