I love laughing and try and seek humour in everything. Outgoing and bright, the world is still for exploring with the right person but equally happy at home just pottering. I love theatre, galleries, eating out, museums, exploring UK and Europe, classic cars, animals, theatre, films, good tv and I'm a foodie. I lived in France for 15 years where we renovated our beautiful house and moved back to the UK three years ago. I also belonged to a theatre group for 40 years before that. Luvvie!
I dislike kale, tripe and bananas, particularly in the same pot...and Trump who should be in a pot...
I adore all animals and had pets for years, particularly labradors and cats but just admiring or caring for other peoples now.
I have recently rediscovered my ability to draw and belong to a couple of art groups. I also joined a choir and sang in Bath Abbey and Salisbury City Hall. It was a spine tingling experience. I’m a soprano who sings the blues when nobody is looking...
I like to think I'm positive, eloquent, fun and interested/interesting. I've travelled widely throughout my life and would love to continue.

There is nothing more attractive than an intelligent, humorous man as well as being well travelled and who knows his own value and worth. A sense of humour is a must. Someone who can make me giggle uncontrollably. A curiosity for life and the world still despite age causing a slower pace is fine. Old fashioned values are also fairly important but please don't live in the past. Life is for living in the here and now and planning future ventures with the right person.
To make a relationship work I think someone who is outgoing, communicates well, intelligent, caring, loving and supportive would be a good match as well as many other attributes.
