I love being retired. I have no routine other than a coffee and weather dependant morning swim. I’m active, curious, often impetuous and always looking for new things to do. Don’t ’do’ sport or gym, but am relatively fit. I play a bit of bridge and golf. I love attending live musical performances and want to branch out and do this further afield, especially in Europe. I’m very independent and know what I want and don't want. Love dogs but don’t have them any more and don't want the responsibiity. Came back from living in Verona nearly 8 years ago - where has the time gone? - and really appreciate being back in the UK. Love Spotify (apologies to musicians) and listening to pretty much all kinds of music.

Well educated, curious, open to change, no ties. Must love animals. Nice if they speak other languages so we would be able to have secret conversations. He will like music and art, must be fit, and healthy and therefore, probably slim. Definitely needs to be single and have the ability and desire to be spontaneous.
Please no tatoos (at our age?), and preferably no beards, though luckily the latter is not permanent and therefore negotiable!
